Our honey is minimally filtered and always unpasteurised. Crystallisation will naturally occur.

I like to drink peppermint tea with a spoonful of honey as it is very refreshing. Gwennap Gruffydd is the best honey I have tasted. The packaging was wonderful which saves any breakages.
